Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

Damaged Signs: If your sign arrives damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement free of charge within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately at Enjoy@myheartsign.com with clear photographs documenting the damage. Incorrect Customization: In the rare case of your sign arriving with incorrect customization due to an error on our part, we will promptly replace it with a corrected version at no additional cost. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt, providing details and photographs of the customization error. Personalized Sign Dislikes: Due to the highly personalized and custom-made nature of our signs, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the final design. We encourage you to thoroughly review your customization details before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

After selecting the sign that resonates with you, choose from 5 color options. Determine the size based on where it will be displayed. Sizes are provided based on the longest side. If there's Personalized Text, input your desired message. Proceed to cart or buy now.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 6-12 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and specific order details.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at Enjoy@myheartsign.com.
